Why Velo in Village?

Well Velo is ‘Bike’ in French and organized Biking Holidays in India, though nascent is a very promising concept.

Why India?

Indians have always cycled and 1 in 2 Indians have either owned a cycle or cycled regularly growing up. A habit that with the convenience of modern systems of transportation, has taken a backseat.

With terrains ranging from snow capped mountain roads to arid desert plains to roads that hug hill-stations and cut through National Reserves, the Sub Continent of India is a Cyclist’s dream.

With the growing popularity and resurgence of Cycling as a hobby and a fitness sport among young Indians, we at ‘Velo in Village’ intend to cater to the needs of people who wish to cycle on their holidays.
